Do you feel like you have lost your purpose in life? I can help you! I believe that growth and change happen when a person feels safe and understood. Providing an authentic presence, I place high value on the therapeutic relationship and allow you to heal in your own way and time through collaboration.

I believe that therapy is not just about resolving problems, but about rediscovering strengths, deepening relationships, and creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. If you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. I enjoy working with teens, adults and couples` who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, autism, trauma, and codependency. I also enjoy working with different relationships, marriage issues and couples going through divorce. Together we can teach you to develop your inner strength and help you to feel empowered to manage life’s challenges with confidence.

So many of us feel dragged down by stress and fear that we don't know how to move forward. Learning new coping and communication skills can prove to be the healing for our pain; it can connect past, future and present, forming continuity and hope. We can explore your personal stories as a way of coping with pain and finding meaning. Together we can work through important life stages and challenges.

I'm licensed in the state of Michigan with my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). I'm also an ATR (Art Therapist Registered) through the Art Therapy Credentials Board. I'm very passionate about counseling and art therapy, I view it as a privilege to be a part of a client's journey towards personal growth and healing. My primary areas of focus are anxiety and depression, but I have experience in many other areas. I have experience with grief & loss, adjustment disorders, life transitions, trauma, bipolar disorders, non-religious spiritual work, chronic pain, Oncology counseling & LGBTQ+ issues.

The counseling process is aimed to empower you and promote your own wellness. We will confront any concerns you may have and promote any desired positive behavioral changes that best benefit you. The counseling process aims to help you make realistic choices and resolve problems in an individualized creative manner.

Are you or a loved one navigating anxiety, trauma, or overwhelming stress? Is your child struggling emotionally or socially in ways you don’t quite understand? Are you and your partner stuck in repeating patterns or longing for deeper connection? Have you served in the military and carry experiences that are difficult to speak about or even name?

You’re not alone. Therapy can be a powerful step toward clarity, healing, and connection. I bring experience and specialized training in working with military veterans and their families. I understand the unique impact of trauma, moral injury, and post-traumatic stress, not just on the individual, but on relationships, identity, and daily life. My approach is trauma informed, compassionate, and grounded in a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

In addition, I offer support for parents of neurodiverse children and adults, including those with autism, ADHD, and sensory differences. Parenting can feel especially isolating when your child doesn’t fit into expected molds. As both a professional and a parent with personal experience navigating these systems of care, I understand the stress, uncertainty and resilience that come with advocating for a child's needs. I help families build understanding and communication, while honoring each child’s strengths and individuality. Whether you’re seeking support for your own mental health, a relationship challenge, or trying to parent with more insight and confidence, my work is guided by empathy, evidence based practices, and a belief in your capacity for growth. Healing begins with one conversation. Healing is possible. Growth is within reach and you don’t have to go through it alone.

If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to support you on your path toward greater understanding, connection, and well being.
